📋 Introduction

Welcome to turbo6e — an online sports betting and casino platform operating for the Malaysian market. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and turbo6e ("Platform", "We", "turbo6e") governing your use of all services offered on turbo6e.net.

• Non-turbo6e Employees: Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of individuals associated with turbo6e operations are not permitted to hold active betting accounts.

03 Registration & Account

3.1 Registration Process

Registering for a turbo6e account is free and open to all eligible individuals. You will be required to provide the following information during sign-up:

• Full name as shown on your Malaysian identity card (MyKad)
• An active, verifiable email address
• A Malaysian phone number registered in your name
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, combining letters and numbers)

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

Turbo6e reserves the right to request identity verification documents ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement and proof of current address. This is standard industry procedure to prevent fraud and money laundering.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your turbo6e account password confidential. All activity that occurs in your account — including any bets placed — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact turbo6e support immediately at support@turbo6e.net.

04 Deposits & Payments

All successful deposits will be credited to your turbo6e account automatically. turbo6e does not charge any processing fees on deposits. If your deposit has not been credited within the stated timeframe, please contact turbo6e customer support with proof of your transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Turbo6e is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The withdrawal terms and conditions are as follows:

• Minimum Withdrawal: RM30 per transaction
• Withdrawal Fees: turbo6e does not charge any withdrawal processing fees
• Processing Time: 5 to 30 minutes for e-wallets; 30 minutes to 3 hours for bank transfers
• Withdrawal Methods: Must use the same method as your original deposit method
• KYC Limit: Full identity verification is required before withdrawals exceeding RM5,000 per month are permitted
• Bonus Rollover: Any active bonus must meet the rollover requirements before a withdrawal is permitted

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by turbo6e are subject to the rollover requirements (wagering requirements) stated alongside each offer. These requirements must be fully met before any winnings associated with that bonus can be withdrawn.

6.2 Welcome Bonus

The turbo6e welcome bonus is offered to new members making their first deposit. Key conditions of the welcome bonus include:

• For new members only who have not previously held a turbo6e account
• Minimum deposit of RM30 to qualify for the bonus
• Minimum 10x rollover of the bonus amount before withdrawals are permitted
• Bonus validity period is 14 days from the date of crediting
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted — it cannot be claimed more than once under any circumstances

6.3 Ongoing Promotions

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the turbo6e platform are subject to the specific rules of each game type. The following general rules apply to all types of bets:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage
• Abusing promotions or bonuses through methods not intended by turbo6e

09 Account Closure

9.1 Closure by User

You may close your turbo6e account at any time by contacting our support team via email at support@turbo6e.net. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all available balances. Any unclaimed balance remaining 90 days after a closure request will be forfeited in accordance with turbo6e's internal policy.

9.2 Closure by turbo6e

Turbo6e reserves the right to suspend or close your account if:

• You breach any term set out in this document
• The information you provided has been found to be false or misleading
• Turbo6e suspects or detects fraudulent activity in your account
• You have been found not to meet the minimum age eligibility requirement
• You have requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming programme

9.3 Self-Exclusion

10 Liability Limits

12 Amendment of Terms
